The Deitch Art Parade was so much fun and so SWEATY! Thank you so much to everyone involved, we had such a fun and attractive group of people to work with! Special THANKS to friends coming from far away places such as PITTSBURGH PA (Ben Kinsley), RICHMOND VA (Jess Langley, Kate Kisicki), and CLEVELAND OH (Steve Probert). Also, thank you to Jess Laskosky for taking 800 photos of this event. It has seriously taken me forever to edit these down, you are the best.

Also Danny B, once again was the great puppet master collaborator in this production, with his ingenious budget fabrication skillzzzz.

    • wow! thank you for the show. this was highly eneiitatnrng, we even sat our VERY senior citzen mom for a look-see and she enthusiastically declared “free-spirited” as THE preferred way to live out our youth. we’ve always intended on attending the Mermaid Parade but shied away from the crowds. thank you for the vicarious opportunity….ero

  1. the year is now 2009. i am rereading some of the posts here in what is by far the most prolific month of the food party blog to date, sept of 2007.
